Luxury Care Concierge offers a non-medical concierge coordination service focused on providing personalized service and bespoke offerings. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide medical advice. All medical, nursing, IV therapy, and mental health services are delivered exclusively by independent, licensed, and insured third-party providers, ensuring premium care for our clients.

All medical and nursing services are provided only after appropriate assessment by our licensed provider. Luxury Care Concierge offers bespoke offerings that ensure personalized service without interfering with or directing clinical decision-making, and we are not responsible for the medical outcomes of services rendered by third-party providers. Our post-operative recovery companion services are non-clinical in nature, aimed at providing premium care through comfort, companionship, and logistical support, without replacing medical or nursing care.

Mobile IV therapy, vitamin injections, and wellness treatments are part of our bespoke offerings and may be requested à la carte. These optional services require medical screening and informed consent, and may not be suitable for all individuals. Our personalized service ensures that results may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes or benefits.

Transportation & Lifestyle Services

Luxury transportation, beauty, grooming, and lifestyle services are provided by independent, vetted professionals. While Luxury Care Concierge offers premium care, it does not operate transportation services and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or outcomes related to third-party lifestyle providers.

Mental health check-ins are facilitated by certified mental health professionals operating independently, ensuring a personalized service tailored to each client. Depending on provider participation and client eligibility, select insurance plans may be accepted. The specifics of insurance coverage, co-payments, and authorization requirements are determined solely by the provider and the client’s insurer, reflecting our commitment to premium care. Please note that Luxury Care Concierge does not provide mental health treatment and is not responsible for therapeutic outcomes, but focuses on bespoke offerings in mental health support.

Luxury Care Concierge functions exclusively as a coordinator and facilitator of bespoke offerings and shall not be held liable for acts, omissions, negligence, or outcomes of independent service providers. By enrolling in our personalized service, clients acknowledge and accept that all third-party providers operate independently and assume responsibility for their respective services. 

No Emergency Services

Luxury Care Concierge does not provide emergency or urgent medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, clients should immediately contact 911 or local emergency services.

Luxury Care Concierge is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality standards while offering bespoke offerings. Protected health information (PHI) is shared only as necessary to coordinate personalized service and in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA, where applicable.
